The request was refused only by Péter Szíjjártó (Hungarian Civic Union / FIDESZ, governing party in that time) so the artist manipulated his video, used it as a desired film.

BL got an invitation to the institute to make an exhibition in the time when the state of the director change of the institute and the opening of the exhibition was the goodbye ceremony of the former director. BL decided to reflect on the situation and made one-one minute silences with both of the directors.
